Hi, I am planning to go for a fully-upgraded 3NG unit (Life + Utility) that is within 1km from Ang Mo Kio MRT. The unit should be in move-in condition at least. My budget is COV 30K (Max) and Val 400K (Max). Can AMK guru shed some light?
We are non-Malaysian PR couple and both of us are working professionals.

Morning Chen,

There's a unit at Blk 343, mid floor, Value on the way, View to Offer. This unit have their MUP paid but lift upgrading billing is expected on mid to late Nov 2012.
