Hi, I am planning to get a resale flat with my non-citizen spouse and want to include my brother as an owner for a higher HLE loan amount.
After applying for PR for my spouse, I plan to transfer ownership from brother to spouse so that my brother can be free again to buy his own property.
Is this advisable? what are the terms and conditions that my brother will be binded to if any? Also, will transfer of ownership be a big hassle and costly?
