Hi, I am planning to buy a private property in D19 (Hougang). I have shortlisted one property too. Now i am in the confusion in offering the price. I had some study about last transaction for past one year and decided to give 5 to 10% less in line with the last transaction. Because everybody saying property value will go down. So, i am thinking to give offer less 5 to 10% of last transaction. Please advise sir.What would you like to ask?

Hi Jai,

In early 2011, everybody was saying that price will drop, but did the price eventually drop? But whether will it drop this year or not, nobody can give you a definite answer.

Most important is to follow your heart. Offer the price that you are comfortable with if you like the house.
