Hi, I am planning to buy a private property in D19 (Hougang). I have shortlisted one property. Now i am in the confusion in offering the price. I had some study about last transaction for past one year and decided to give 5 to 10% less in line with the last transaction. Because everybody saying property value will go down. So, I am thinking to give offer less 5 to 10% of last transaction. Please advise sir.

In my opinion,I do not think that the price of private property will fall drastically.

Property are categories into differnt zones
Core centreal - District 1, 9
Outside central - mass market
Recent new launch are selling like hotcake - Watertown ..
Because of the current low interest current , the economic in Europe is improving .
