Hi, I am planning to buy a private property in D19 (Hougang). I have shortlisted one property. Now i am in the confusion in offering the price. I had some study about last transaction for past one year and decided to give 5 to 10% less in line with the last transaction. Because everybody saying property value will go down. So, I am thinking to give offer less 5 to 10% of last transaction. Please advise sir.

Hi JP,
Nobody knows the price will drop or not . However from the outlook people perception is may go down. You need to know the property ; avaialable units in that condo , your urgency of buying etc when offering the price . Anyway your try was right moove .
