Hi, I am planning to buy a Exec Condo or Condo (2+1 bedroom). Since I am only PR, I can only buy resale Exec condo. My budget is around 600k. Is that possible to buy Exec Condo with this budget? and also How much normal Condo (2+1) (not executive) will cost.
