Hi,
I am planning to buy a DBSS flat, however, i will need to borrow the 5% option fee from my parents and will need to know whether i can return them after signing the S&P by requesting for a refund for the option fee. My current situation is as follows.
DBSS Flat - 565K
Total OA - 53k (excluding 10K in investment which i can cancel)
Total Grant 30K
HLE - 618000k (maximum loan)
Owners - 33 years old (10/09/1979), 28 years old (24/05/1984)
