Hi, I am planning to buy a condo near to daily amneties and expecting a future appreciation. Had selected three projects as such. Livia, Double Bay Residences and Waterfront key. We have to depend on public transport for office commutation and would also like to have a good future appreciation. Please advise

Hi Susan,

Thank you for your call the other day pertaining to your enquiries and doubts.

Have you more or less made up your mind? I believe most of the salesperson would agree that Double Bay is 1 of the neutral choice, given the age of property and the current amenities surrounding it.

I do not have any units in these projects for marketing right now therefore would be in the most neutral position to assist your quest to purchase in these project with most neutral advise.
