Hi, I am planning to buy a 3 bdrm or a 3 + 1 unit either at Flora Road or Pasir Ris area. Which one in your opinoin would have a better resale value in future? Considering the one at Flora is Freehold and the one in Pasr Ris is 99 years lease. Comparing the prices, the Flora Rd Condo is about 1.2 million for a 3 bedrooma and th one at Pasir Ris is 900+k for a 3 + 1 bdrm.
