Hi, I am married with a SC and currently a joint owner with my sisters in a house in Malaysia. The house is not fully paid. can I still buy hdb with my spouse? Our combined income is more than 8k.

Good morning, you can purchase a resale HDB with your SC spouse but you have to dispose off your interest in your Malaysian property within 6 months from 2nd appointment. Hope it helps!
