Did you mistaken on what you are trying ask? As advise by my fellow Real Estate colleague, there is no way you can buy a flat without your name in the property. Unless you are trying to say, the flat is brought under, i.e your parent/sliding ect but you are helping in the financial of the loan.
If your name is not in any of the property and you are a Singaporean, then your 1st property will not be affected by the ABSD(Additional Buyer Stamp Duty) but the normal stamp duty fees of 3% still applies.
