Hi, I am married and my husband has bought a hdb flat using his name only. Can I buy a condo and what are the ruling that are affecting me in purchasing a condo

Afternoon,

From your statement, your husband have purchased the HDB unit prior getting married. Hence you are eligible to purchase private property, under your name. If you are currently PR, you will be liable for 5% ABSD but if you are SC, you are not required to pay any ABSD.
