Initially we have decided to try to write to HDB for early sale but since it was only 3 months left, eventually we waited for another 3 months while we looked for our next property. 1) There are too many appeals to the HDB to sell before MOP.
2) They have seen too many similar reasons. Therefore it is important that your appeal must be sincere and with supporting facts.
3) I believed if the reasons put up are genuine and it is really for your parents and children's care and concern. The success rate should be quite good.
