Hi. I am looking to purchase a resale flat. However i am a divorcee.I have gotten my interim judgement but it has not been made final. Will I be able to look for a resale with my interim judgement or do I have to wait till the interim judgement is made final after three months?

Afternoon Tricia,

It would be better for you to have both Decree and Absolute before moving further. Nobody knows what type of implications will take place between now till then. It's wise for you to check it out now, as to what you are heading for.
