Hi D Tan,

If you are looking at Ascentia Sky, developer only have South facing, towards MRT track and Sentosa side. The North facing, towards Tanglin greenery and Orchard side were all sold out.

I am currently marketing a 2-BRs, 947 sq. ft., at Stack 09. Is facing Tanglin greenery and Orchard.
