Right now the prices are high there. $2400 is not easy to get unless very low floor.

If you are agent, I have 2500-2600psf for cobroke.

If you are the buyer the best priced unit is still $2500-2600.

Hi there, I know you are interested in Marina Bay but you may want to consider The Sail @ Marina at a lower pricing and ready return on rental yield. I have on hand 2 units at 1313 sqft selling at $2288 psf neg. Both units above 35th floor with one unit vacant while the other leased $7K ending June 2011.
