If you are looking at pure landed housing, you might have very limited choices. If you are able to stretch abit upwards, you might have slightly more choices.

If you are okay with cluster landed housing, you should not have any problem with your budget.

Have you see any units over there?

Going by the size of your budget, you are likely to be looking at the smaller terraces in original conditions probably. We have marketed a number of landed homes within the locality you are considering and have overseen transactions in the range of $3.5m for units in original state. Having said that, it still depends on the supply of units in the vicinity for sale. You have been mistaken. I am trying to convey that other than cluster landed housing, sellers for landed housing are asking above $4m there.

Currently there is only 1 inter terrace that is on sale there. 1800 sqft asking in excess of $3.9m. Have you view this unit yet?
