Hi, I am looking to buy a resale 3rm at around 230k. I can only take up a bank loan as I am downgrading from a 5rm which I had sold off. My CPF is able to cover up to 100k of the valuation price. Does any bank allows 5% cash and 45% from CPF?

Hi Liang Wei,

Your case is not an issue at all. As long as you have 5% cash, your CPF of 100% can cater for the other 15% and more, you can buy a 3-BRs HDB.
