Hi, I am looking to buy a landed property for investment with the following criteria:
1) strict budget of S$1.5m;
2) freehold;
3) at least 1000 sq ft of land area;
4) preferably walkable to mrt station/amenities;
5) in areas such as joo chiat/bartley/upp east coast/east coast/marymount (but not macpherson estate); and
6) rentable.
Is it possible to find such a property? Thanks!
