I know of a place- hdb studio- that can solved your housing problem , my relative place at ang mo kio 100% wheelchair friendly,

No steps at immedate entrance of the house,

Nearest block to open space park / water fountain

My relative with the aid of a helper maid use to push my dad on a wheelchair to amk hub which is 2 hdb blocks away,

Simillarly when they were bored , with the aid of a helper maid , i know they have successfully venture out with the completely wheelchair bound relatve to china town n har par villa at pasir panjang via MRT which is also 2 hdb blocks away.
