Hi, I am looking for a small studio for own stay. Looking at Fire Sale units. Fire Sale means sellers who bought from developer but will sell with the stamp duty premium only. Have to be TOP soon. Areas keen are D14, 15, 16 or 19. Do let me know if any. Thank you.

Not exactly a fire sale based on your definition. I have a good sized unit at D'Castilia 624sqft. Just collected keys, asking at SGD850k nego.
