Hi,

I am looking for a 4 room flat at Bt-Panjang / Chua Chu kang area. No COV / very low COV. High floor fully unblocked due to Astronomy hobby. non renovated.

My budget is low so I can't offer high COV and Agent fee. Thanks.

Hi,

I would advice you to engage the service of an Agent to help you look for your flat. Reason being that a low cov or no cov high floor unit is usually in high demand and it will normally be snapped up in the next day its marketed. Unlike yourself, who has to work, a full time agent can spend more effort in keeping themselves updated for a suitable unit. In the event you manage to find one yourself, you might even save the agent fees. Working with a = agent is definitely a good investment in that sense.

    Thanks for reply. is there any 4PA room at Segar road? my budget is $360000 include Cov. facing should be out side. Mid to high floor. thanks.
