Hi, I am looking for a 3BR with facilities, FH in district 9 or 10, minimum 1,200 sqft for living or potential investment; budget $2M, above at least 2nd floor. Just to get a sense, i liked the Equatorial, Belmond Green/Balmoral area.

I will have to pay ABSD so can't stretch much the budget.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Is there any reason for shortlisting these projects in particular before I can match you to other probable projects?
