A salesperson who is representing the seller are not allowed to claim sales commission from the buyer, that is the reason why he or she is representing the seller. If you have not engaged any salesperson for you, you have to ensure that the right papers are submitted. It is very simple and straightforward for HDB resale transaction as transactions with salesperson requires different set of papers from those without engaging a salesperson.
