Hi,

For new condo purchase, the 1st 23% (downpayment + stamp duties) must be ready within 8 weeks before you can secure the unit, hence for a say 800k Property, about 180k must be ready within 8 weeks of booking. Hence looking at your scenario, you will have to consider getting funds from alternative sources or consider to sell your HDB first to unlock the proceeds, and rent until condo TOPs. Within 1km chongfu primary , you can consider Symphony Suites where a 3BR is about 800k onwards and timeline matches what you need.

For a detailed illustration on financial planning and best possible prices for condo, please give me a call at 97432395  or we can meet up to understand your requirements better to value-add to your housing plans. Thanks and hope to discuss further.

Warm regards

Hi,

As a baseline, you may seek alternatives of loans if you do not want to dispose off your unit just yet. Perhaps I could gain exact clarity on your finances on hand coupled with the grantable loan (to be established by bankers) to illustrate the computations and financial progressive payment to advise further on how to move forward with your plans.

Do get in touch for a non obligatory discussion for me to guide you exactly on the step by step procedural framework of EC/condo purchase, and chart the payment timeline / breakdown , to facilitate your purchase. To add , there is no agent fees and I will walk you through the entire process. Thank you!

Outstanding loan is not an issue if you are buying EC.
However, you need to get ready 23% of the property price as down payment within 8 weeks. About 180k.
Need to understand a bit more of your current situation to explore viable options to achieve your goal.

Feel free to call for further discussion or email for a list of carefully shortlisted properties based on your specific criteria.

Warmest regards
