Hi Lynn,

A lot depends on your preference but if investment is your objective and budget is not an issue, Watertown will be a better bet.

The amenities that comes with it (@ Watertown) is something you will not get in many projects in Singapore. (ie Shopping Mall, next to MRT, cinemas etc)

If budget is not an issue to you, Watertown will be a better buy due to it's amenities and location.
