Hi, I am keen with Regent Park for own stay. However, this is a 99 leasehold. I am worry if I will to stay for another 10 or 20 yrs, I may not fetch a good resale value as this unit was since 1998. Is it right for me to think this way as I am so worry on the resale values? Tks.
