Hi, i am keen to look for 2 bedroom private apt regardless any location . our combines salary ard 6k, cash in hand ard 50k+, intend to look for personal loan if down payment is insufficient. can any one give some advise on this matter. thanks

Hi Jess, have you consulted any banker for the loan application yet? Pls let me know if you require a banker to find out more. As for new project, one of the good buy will be the newly launched condo at Tampines called Santorini. 2 bedroom with an area of 731 sqft is selling at 748k.
