Dear sir/madam, You will most probably need to settle the purchase in full cash payment for such units. There are possibilities that you maybe able to top up the lease back, but do check out on the history of the estate. If not, the piece of land will be taken back by the original owner of the land after tenure expires. It will be important to check on the history and neighbourhood for such cases where lease has been topped up or not. A unique estate which I am aware is at Simpang Bedok locality (Jalan Chempaka Kuning and vicinity), where there have been no units which I am aware of with their leases topped up. Perhaps you may wish to share more about why are you considering such units as I have 2 units available for sale on hand within this classification.
