It would also facilitate the buying process greatly if you could share your intention for this purchase.

With regards to timing the market for real estate, my personal own take would be it would be best to buy and wait instead of wait to buy. You might missed the opportunity before you know it. Hope that helps!

Dear buyer,

The last thing you would want to do as a buyer is to guess the market and make a wrong decision. This market is understandably weaker than before therefore signs of volume increase in transactions are showing and before you know it, prices can be heading northwards soon, especially when you are looking at a project in central region. The last thing you will want is to miss out on purchasing a unit you like at a price that you can afford and look at the prices appreciate shortly afterwards. I must say that as long as you are not overstretching yourself financially for the purchase and that price paid is not significantly higher than the recent few transactions within the locality, it will be a good buy considering the medium term range.
