Hi, I am interested in looking for a EA in Edgefield Plains Punggol in the vicinity of Blk 111 to 118. Anything between 4 to 6 floor is Ok. It is possible to find one at below 600k. What is the valuation and asking price currently over at this cluster? Seems that sellers are all asking above 600k. Please advise.

Afternoon Zavier,

According to the transacted price, EA selling below $600k only existing before Feb 2012. All other transactions are above your comfortable budget. However, there's one unit at going at around $608k, if you are keen.
