Hi I am interested in Heritage View Condo. Thiniking of getting 3rms.
1) Do I have to pay any commision to seller agent?
2) If I do not have agent, thiniking of dealing myself with the seller agent, can u pls tell me, what i must do?

Greetings Mag,

You do not need to pay commission to the seller agent.

Since you do not need to pay commission to the agent that you engage to assist you in your buying of property, why not engage one that can provide you with details on the property as well as the surrounding properties so as to assist you in your decision making as well as the offer if you see one that you like.
