Most HUDC in Singapore have been privatised thus you can only apply private bank loan to purchase them.

Hi,

For HUDC, you need to use bank loan. Typically HUDC units are huge units and privatized and hence could be 700k and upwards. It appears you may be stretching your finances if you go for an HUDC. Would you consider resale hdb such as EA instead? Thanks and hope to assist with your housing plans further.
