Hi, I am interested in buying a New Launch Executive Condominium. May i know can i buy it just using my own name only as i am 35yrs old single ? Can i don't take a loan, making full payment ? I heard i need to have a family nucleus to purchase an ec, but my mum has a HDB already and so do my other siblings. Please advise. Interested in Twin Fountain EC. I am keen in Bishan or Woodland new developments
