I do have a 2-BRs at Caspain available for sales. Is at Stack 20, mid to high floor, North facing. Asking is $860K nego.

At budget $750K, it might or might not possible to get one now, depending on the owners. The nearby new launch, Lakefront Residences, already at $1100psf. So this will prompt the sellers of Caspian to increase their asking price to near that level.
