Hi, I am interested in a property in Distict 9 for investment purposes. how many rooms of condo are more affective and be in demand for that? Can i grab below 1,000 psf in this area?

Concerning investment purpose, I've a unit just TOP at Quinterra (D10) going at S$ 850.00 psf. It's quite worth the investment as the unit is situated in a prime area.

Hi Mickle, You can look at Martin Place Residences which will be having preview soon. If located in D9 off Robertson Quat area with good rental and investment.
