Hi , I am Indonesia family with two childern . Holding Permanent Resident since 2006 . I looking for house /HDB .Now i rent room every month $700 .My friend tell me at Singapore can buy house without come out cash money ( Without pay Cash Over Valuation COV ). All transaction using CPF and monthly instalment from bank loan ( budget instalment cash $700 - $800 per month ) My CPF Odd $10K . I work with SBS Transit as Bus Captain , so please respond me via email . I don't have time to answer phone . hi budi widodo, i am afraid ur friend has given u wrong information. u r required to pay 5 percent cash and 15pct either cash or cpf and 80pct u can loan from the bank. if the cov is high then u also need to hve extra cash for the cov. hope this will be clearer to you. rgds Read More

    Dear Veronica Lim , I just meet with my friend last sunday . He tell me , who sell house to him last two month , needed money urgently , and he ask the agent offer house to buyer without any payment cash .He only pay to agent 5K for commission . He tell me i must get many agent , which can offer that house . But maybe take time .I think you heart before some seller can offer selling house & pay the buyer money to buy his house , if he needed money for important . Thank for your reply.
