Hi, i am hoping to get a condo at district 15, east coast road or telok kurau area.
I am hoping to get within 1km of tao nan primary school for my kids.
We are hoping to get as a place to stay and also for future investments.
My budget is around 1.3m, need 3 bdrooms.
I got my parents in law stay with me and got 2 young kids.
Please advise if i should look at new developments or resale condos ?
Have been searching and it is rather difficult.
Option 1 : Get resale condo now, rent it out for few years before my son needs to enrol into primary school
Option 2 : Get new launches and wait for few yrs to TOP.
Pick a few condos and yet received comments like cannot be next or near church, temple, mosque and hospitals.
