hi, i am divorced guy enquiring if its possible for levy be added to purchase of a 3 rm flat and be deducted from cpf?

Evening Nik,

Resale levy will be payable by cash. Any special arrangement are to be liaise with HDB directly. To avoid resale levy, you can opt to purchase resale HDB unit.
