Hi, I am currently staying in a EA at Punggol Edgefield Plains bought 4 years ago in the open market at $390k. I am eligible to sell my flat now. I am on the 5th level. What is the current asking price? I am looking for a 3 bedroom apt at either Castle Green or Season Park as my son will be entering a school near there. My budget is about $850k. I only has a outstanding loan of $170k. Please advise.

you EA market value is about 560K to 600K, depend on the detail condition. Congradulations you have made at least 170K!
