Hi, I am currently looking for a 2-room HDB in Punggol. However, it seems that the sellers I've approached so far are asking for high cash on valuation. I am only willing to fork out $1,000 as money is really tight on my end.
My budget are as follow:
CPF: $108,000
Grant: $25,000
HLE: 204,000
Cash: $1000
I would prefer a HDB in Punggol with high floor and good view, and tastefully renovated.
