Hi, I am currently exploring the possibilities of buying a 1BR condo for self-stay. I have around 100k cash + 43k in CPF with annual income of 54k. What price range would be reasonable for me and are there any good recommendations? Thanks.

If you can wait till end this year for TOP, you may consider The Verve at Balestier area. Is Freehold, 1-BR, 441 sq. ft. on high floor, above #13.
