Being a single citizen below the age of 35, you are only eligible to purchase private property if you are buying as an individual. May I know how had you derive the $600k budget you have mentioned? Did you talk to a banker to assess your financial capacity? Going by $600k, you are likely only able to consider small studio or 1 bedroom apartments which are still under construction or yet to start the construction. Variety will be limited, however, if investment is the objective for the purchase, you may wish to consider small commercial or industrial properties.
