Hi i am buying a resale flat and just completed valuation (Buying below valuation). Do i have to pay any deposit to seller?

What is the ball park figure i should be looking at ? Any min amnt? According to HDB web it states 5k max.

Evening,

Based on HDB standard OTP, the Option and Exercise fee should not exceed $5k. Your agent should be able to assist you on such basic issues.
