hi, i am an india citizen. my wife and son are singaporean. my question is can we apply for a re-sale hdb flar loan . i am the sole earner in the family. another question is what is en-bloc and hudc flats.

Hi, ur wife are eligible and son are eligible for HDB LOAN but they have to show proof of their income for their home loan eligibility.
