Hi I am a SPR, living here for 8 years..interested in buying a freehold condo - preferable areas are Upp bttimah, kembangan, AMK ..my budget is arnd 950k-1mil..i've also checked with the bank for inprinciple approval of loan considering various facts..

- built in size
- number of bedrooms
- age of property
- any floor preference
