Hi, I am a SPR and my hubby is a Singaporean. Our combined monthly income is <S$12k. We are interested to buy a new EC in Singapore. However, I owned a private property in M'sia which is currently vacant. Can we still buy a new EC in Singapore? If not, what should we do?
