Afternoon Foong,

As a Single SC, you are not eligible to purchase a new EC on your own as you need to form a family nucleus.

But of course you are well eligible to purchase a resale EC.

Afternoon Foong,

As per today's ruling, single SC are only eligible to purchase resale HDB unit, if you are 35 years or more, or private property.
