Hi, I am a single Male Singaporean reaching 35 soon. Thinking of buying a 3 room corner unit not lower than 5th floor. I looking at max S$300k and COV of less than $10K or max $15K. Is my budget realistic in today's market?

Hi Mr Leong,

Based on your price range, you would more likely be looking at Jurong and Woodlands area.
However, with a COV of $15k, i would not say its impossible, but very difficult. Reason, 3 rooms are highly sought after both in terms of affordability and rarity.

Why not try BTO, the new launches can get you a 4rm with the similar price.. and "canal" view at punggol to boot..
