Hi , I am a Singaporean overseas. 1) How do I go about buying new project in Singapore after project is launched ? 2) If project is not yet launched, can I buy before project launched ? Will I get better discount ? If yes, how do I go about it ? I heard I need to give cheque (blanked cheque ? Do I need to sign ? ) to agent to book before booking day ? Can I send a representative to do so ? What are the documents need / procedures ? Note: I own a HDB in Singapore. Its tenanted out now. Thanks
