Hi, I am a Singaporean married with a vietnamese wife and have a 3 year old vietnamese daughter as well. I am planning to go back to Singapore, get a job and buy a 3 room flat directly from HDB. I currently do not own any HDB flat. How much will it cost and my estimate gross income should be between 2-3K per month
